The hotel was located in a very beautiful part of the Old Town with access to the attractions in frieburg. Staff were very friendly and attentive. We stayed over New year and they even provided us with sparklers and a welcome note. The room and bathroom were clean and the bed comfortable.

We felt very welcomed during our stay. The staff was very friendly. Despite arriving quite late on a Saturday night, just as the kitchen was about to close, they still took the time to ask if we wanted to have dinner. This is a quaint, historic hotel just a couple of blocks from the main station on a quiet street. It is close to all the main attractions and they serve an excellent breakfast for a reasonable extra charge.

Parking is conveniently just steps away at a large lot and you get a discount through the hotel. The staff was so friendly, both check in (we were late and they waited for us) and check out. The room was spacious, clean, tastefully decorated. We liked this area of the Aldstadt - it's a little quieter, more quaint. Highly recommend!
