Great place owned by a Croatian family who run a great restaurant and rent some rooms in the same house. The room was very clean and tidy and we had everything we needed for the night. The owners are extremely friendly and they went beyond expectation to make sure we had the greatest stay there and all our needs were met. We had a great time and can definitely recommend both staying there and visiting the restaurant they have. The food was fresh and delicious.

Several bike or hiking trails to follow from the location or from nearby towns. Need a car or a bike to visit Chiemsee lake or reach other places with fun activities for kids. Renovated old farmhouse, very clean, a lot of light inside the rooms. Tastefully decorated with ancient Bavarian items. Not overloaded. nice entrance, flowers and cows right outside. So quiet location and great view over the countryside, as it is located on top of a hill.
The restaurant is within walking distance and provides high quality local food and beer. Staff is utterly friendly.
