There are 4 apartments on the premises, one of them was occupied during our stay but we've never heard the other couple at all. Very private. There is an excellent restaurant literally across the road and the property is located on a cycling / jogging / walking trail which allows you to walk either to Trutnov (about 25 minutest to downtown) or out into the nature. Will come and stay again.
Great location with many amenities (barbecue and bonfire area, playground, goat petting zoo, ferry, beach volleyball court). Nice restaurant with friendly staff and tasty food. Beautiful green and quiet surroundings. Parking spot assigned per apartment. Bringing a cat with us was no problem and gratis. :)

Nice location right by the river. Large private outdoor sitting area with sunbeds and table, and a huge grass field with fire pit only for guests. Private and gated parking right outside the apartment. Very quiet and peaceful at night. Super friendly and accommodating hosts. Also, a nice walk leads to town in approx. 30 minutes. If that's too long, there's also a restaurant next door.
