It was a fantastic experience. The gentleman at the front desk was very pleasant and professional. He even carried my heavy luggage to the second floor. The room was very clean and quiet. I appreciated the great coffee at breakfast time. There were many food options to choose from at breakfast. The parking on the premises was free and secure. This was my repeat stay at this place, and it was perfect as always.

The location was prefect right in the centre of Hradec. A lovely touch with a complimentary bottle of wine in the room. The room itself was lovely and quiet, I did not hear any noise at all from within the hotel. The email address was very responsive when needed. The breakfast was varied and continually restocked which was great, the breakfast room was also nice and warm on a very cold morning! The self check in/out process is very easy with no difficulties at all and great instructions provided by the property.

The reception team were great, friendly, helpful & professional. It was a great location in the heart of the city. Our room faced into the courtyard so our room was quiet. The breakfast was great, plenty of choices!
The location and the surrounding environment is nice, fairly quiet and with good access by car. City centre is also accessible by car - rather than on foot (20+min), so the private parking on the backyard is very handy. The appartments look nice thanks to recent refurbishment of the whole building, most equipment is basically new. The access to the building and the keybox are good and convenient. The breakfast is - surprisingly - served to the room at a pre-specified time, which may have both pros and cons for some.
Very nice hotel, great location and very pleasant staff. I had a room with the view to the courtyard and it was very quiet room, being workn up by the bells from the town towers nearby. The room was spacious and very comfortable, great beds. Would definitely come again!
Very nice appartment not far from city centre. The facility is located near main road but actually very quiet. We got chocolate cake and fresh eggs. Faboulous.

a spacious and newly renovated apartment with an excellent location in the city center with nearby restaurants and a view of the quiet street, a high level of cleanliness, very comfortable beds and a kitchen equipped with everything one needs, a video shared through WhatsApp on how to get the keys and enter the apartment was very helpful, once back in Hradec Kralove, we will definitely select this apartment again

Price for value was extremely fair. Great location to the city center and the school. The flat itself was super nice and has both a stove and large refrigerator.
