We booked a room for 3. It was very big, clean and spacious. The room is facing the street but it was not noisy at all.
The lunch was very good. Probably the best pork belly and pork ribs. The microbrewery serves very good craft beer.

The apartment is surrounded on all sides by a glass facade, which gives it a sleek, modern feel. The flat is situated above a restaurant, but noise was never a problem. Facilities are adequate. The apartment feels a bit cramped, but the balcony is very spacious. The view of the Vltava is obscured (at least during the growing season) by trees, but the environs are nice enough. Lovely and quiet guesthouse by the pond - must be great in the summer for cycling and walking, I stayed there before Christmas. Free parking outside. 10 minutes by bus to the city centre, bus stop is directly in front of the place. Fast and realiable wifi. The communication with the owner's son was really helpful. We got information on how to get to the pension by public transport, it was very handy. Unfortunately, the owners themselves didn't speak English nor German, which led to some misunderstandings when arranging something for the check out.

We love this hotel as it is directly in the city centre of Ceske Budejovice, next to the river, close to all the restaurants and bars, but it is easy to park there and you are not really in the middle of the "noise", so you can enjoy the city life, but you can sleep in quiet place. Rooms are nice and comfy. Ladies in the reception and in the restaurant were very nice and helpful.

Really great location, very close to the city centre and next to a park with loads of cute cafes and bars.
