Our stay at Jungla Urbana was the perfect match for a few days in the city to reunite with friends! It is a little oasis in the middle of Rohrmoser/Pavas, that you wouldn't expect. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. The whole environment was very cozy and down to earth. The inner courtyard is lovingly designed and invited to hang around or have breaktfast in the morning. The rooms have a modern design and a nice bathroom. They also have a fridge and desk, basically everything that you need for a few days to explore the city. Beds were extremely comfortable. We definitely recommend the place (the price-performance ratio is definitely worth it!) and will surely revisit as soon as we are back to Costa Rica!

This was our last night in Cost Rica before an early flight out the following morning, so location to the airport and hire car office was ideal. Very clean and comfortable beds, especially the crisp white cotton sheets. As a family of 5 adults, one of only a few options that provided all beds rather than a sofa bed. Secure gated entrance and quiet community and very good value for money. Host met us on arrival and gave good food recommendations.

The location was perfect, the room was clean, and the property was big and comfortable, with an amazing garden at the back!
The owners were very kind, so many attention to details and always available when needed. They always put my needs in first place, and always were ahead of me. For example, the day one I asked a glass of water and I came back home at 8:45pm, so they gave me the glass of water and prepared me the space where to sit. The day after, when I came back home, there was already ready some water, a place ready to eat and a treat from them, and it was like this every day (this is just a small example).
The breakfast is very rich and fast service with a friendly touch.
The room is very clean and also the laundry service is a 5 stars.
I got to say that also the price is relatively low compared to other places.
Really recommended, 5 stars and even more.

For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
This place is awesome! It is a boutique hotel with great service, clean beds, nice decor. The included breakfast is UNREAL! And we also had dinner there which was great. This is defiantly an alternative experience from a hotel, it is more of a house feel and very cozy with all the cleanliness and upscale expectations from a nice hotel.
Great location for us because we were visiting friends a couple of doors down. Nice area, patrolled by a security guard so felt safe and there was a lovely restaurant area nearby with some good food and bars on offer. Room is as simple but comfortable and clean and the fan was a welcome addition. Space to sit outside and have breakfast.
Our stay was wonderful. We loved everything, it's a very quiet place with two comfortable beds and a nice yard with an amazing night view on the city! The family is very friendly and welcoming! We were leaving very early and it was so sweet that Julio woke up and prepared a delicious breakfast for us at 5am! Thank you!

We really loved our stay at Cosy Apartment Mirador. It was a wonderful base and felt like home for us. We spent two weeks there as we needed to explore the Central Valley. It is in a great location and extremely peaceful, which was wonderful after the hustle and bustle of the city. Our host, Gonelli, was very welcoming and informative. The views from the apartment are magnificent and we thoroughly enjoyed late afternoons sitting on the balcony. I would highly recommend this apartment!
