My family enjoyed the Tee-K lodge very much.
Everything from the start till the end was just perfect.
The place is managed by a family from France.
The pool is beautiful and clean.
The room is big , beds are very comfortable, the AC is great and conveniently positioned in the room.
The breakfast is very tasty, the French crepes are especially good!
The location is great, very close to Tamarindo (11 minutes) but away from the crowds.
Just perfect, everything.
And we could have a late checkout, till 12pm.

Really liked how private Casa Mapache was.
Loved the idea of being able to make our meals in ' ranchero' they have near the pool. Was a little concerned at first of its location because we didn't have a car, but UBER was excellent. Only 15 minutes into Tamarindo.
Our hosts went out way to be helpful, and pool staff worked very hard to keep grounds immaculate.
Room was very spacious and large bathroom. No regrets AT ALL with Casa Mapache.

"It's like a little gem". The location is unbeatable!!Excellent price for value. You don't need a car to move around Tamarindo downtown. All shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets are just a few steps away. The best of all is Agustín, our host. He was welcoming and helpful with tips what to do and where to eat. He helped us with a car rental :) Beds are comfortable, the deco is clean and chic, it has toiletries. There is a pool surrounded by trees, nice ambient music was played in the background, just perfect for relaxing, also strong wifi and nice chairs to read or work. It has all you need! We will return for sure!

The host was fantastic. They were very kind, accommodating and just overall great hosts. The facilities are very comfy and you feel like you are in a little jungle sanctuary. Wifi was good enough, AC worked well, breakfast was made fresh and location very central. You WILL need a car to get around, but that is expected. We took two tours with Pablo and loved it. Saw baby turtles and kayaked in the mangrove forest.
It's a brand new building, everything was new and clean. Good kitchen facilities.
The host Eileen was very friendly and lent us her phone charger for the day. We accidentally left some belongings there and she tried to contact us immediately. She's followed everywhere by her big chilled pet dog.
The area is very quiet.
