He is a charming, erudite young man who speaks English fluently. The three-bedroomed property is up on the fourth floor and is clean, tidy and well-equipped.

Metrostation Floresta is at a walking distance and has a beautiful park along the way. The kitchen is great with all the utensils you need for cooking as well as a nice drip coffee machine.
The beds are comfy and the rooms airy.
A 20 minute walk to either Envigado or Itagui metro stations with plenty of buses passing by too.
Very accessible, nice and clean boutique hotel. Staff very pleasant, not too good at the English but understandable. Breakfast was eggs, bread, and a fresh fruit. Beverages of choice. Beautiful stay
