The hostel was excellent and I'm very pleased I booked it. The owner was very helpful and friendly and spoke good English. I was even was able to attend a guided tour of local graffiti art in the city that he had scheduled for approx. $10. The facilities and location were excellent, wi-fi, breakfast and room very good. Very quiet. The door of the room had a digital entry combination. Area to relax when not in your dorm room, and a kitchen to use if you want to cook. (Breakfast was provided as an older lady arrived to prepare it). I wish I had stayed longer both in the city and the hostel. I had forgotten a small bag of food and another guest happened to be travelling to where I was headed so we were able to meet up there...that little extra bit of customer service was really most appreciated. When I return to Bucaramanga, I'll be sure to check in with La Bonita Guesthouse!

The location of the Hostal Colonial de Santander was excellent! Just on the edge of the historical area, it provided a great launch point to the historical area for a few hours of sightseeing. Just a couple of blocks away from the historical central square and gorgeous church, it was a great place to stay for a night (although probably no need to stay more). The host was very friendly and helpful and although he didn't speak much English, he gave me an overview of the historical district and had some flyers and a map to review. Wifi was great. I was very happy to be able to get a week's worth of laundry done while I was there overnight and it was very affordable. Despite my arrival in the afternoon, it was done that evening and ready by 7:30 AM the next day which was very commendable as I've heard some hostels need 24 hours. Very pleased to have stayed there!
Including a daily served breakfast, Loft Dorado Casa is located in Floridablanca, 1312 feet away from Caracoli Mall and within a 5 minute ride from FOSCAL and Ardila Lulle Hospitals.

For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
Breakfast was made to order - very nice. Nice atmosphere - we Loved access to Netflix YEAH. Quiet area slept well. Nice warm shower - Yeah Very close to stores and a night life if you want We liked that we could leave our luggage and explore. We also liked how they kept up the place

This was a wonderful stay. Clean rooms, cozy environment, great location and very warm and friendly hosts. I will definitely stay here when I come back to Bucaramanga.
Arrived early evening and only stayed one night . Spotless room with a/c, TV and attached bath. Although it was on a busy road I could not hear much traffic at night it was quiet.
Very good value for money you won't get anything cheaper for that kind of room.
Easily the BEST in several visits to Colombia: perfect in every way: think marble and stainless steel. Immaculately clean and central location with local buses to terminal a few hundred metres.

After one year of traveling i can say; you‘ll get all what you need. Pluspoint co-working space with super wifi. Super safe entry, with 3 digit codes, shared kitchen to cook some basics, coffee incl., friendly and helpful solution orientated stuff members. Quiet and safe area to stay.

Great location on a quiet street - but in a bustling neighbourhood, near Lira of coffee shops, restaurants and bars. Comfortable room, with a good amount of space, and shelves and hangers. Laundry service.
Would recommend and stay again
friendliest staff I have met in all of Colombia, will go out of their way to make yout stay a success. Family hotel with huge rooms, good beds, excellent breakfast. It's outside of the city center, but by bus well-connected to the city center, and a Uber costs maybe 3 dollar to bring you there. Having a pool is great as well
