Spacious, very clean, good furniture, excellent kitchen. Friendly and helpful host. This is essentially a 3 bedroom apartment, with individual rooms rented out. We were alone so had a lot of space to ourselves, probably would feel a bit crowded with other people around, as the private rooms are rather small.

Good-sized room, towel& handwash in bathroom, quiet street, professional welcome. I specially liked the kitchenette that guests can use, with an electric kettle & coffee available at any time & a microwave (I didn't use the latter). For a small extra cost I upgraded to a double room with private bathroom. The Terraustral bus from Chaiten dropped me almost at the door (this is thanks to lovely Terraustral driver, not the guesthouse!).

Such a nice cosy house, really well styled and the rooms and bathrooms were amazing, felt like a boutique hotel. Fernanda was really helpful and nice. There is an adorable couple of cats that live there. On the edge of town
