Recommend it in every way, to singles, couples, and families ... as long as you understand that there is very little left in this area in rural Switzerland in terms of services (bakeries, cafés, etc.), for this you have to be willing to drive 30 minutes. But that did not matter to my stay.

For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
Our room was huge, more like a big studio apartment. The bathroom was also large. The bed and pillows were very comfy. It's a quiet location and good value for Switzerland. It's a good place to base yourself in Switzerland and then travel back and forth to visit other locations. Claude is an excellent host and is very helpful in suggesting good places to visit. The kitchen was well supplied. There was an indoor and outdoor eating area.
Quite place and it is just right in front of the railway, but you know, the train in Switzerland is very quiet even tho it passed by! The kitchen is well-equipped for those who like to cook. The place is convenient for person who drive and it is near to Bern with just 30 mins driving.
Host Claude was friendly and helpful. I borrowed an electric bike one evening and cycled up into the hills. Also nice, but small pool in the garden to get wet and cool. The room was quiet and easy to work in. Shared kitchen good. Happy to recommend.
