Exceptional hospitality. It's rare these days to find a host who is so very welcoming. The breakfast was the best we have had in a long time. The location is fantastic, a few minutes by foot to the train station, a few minutes to the lake and a short walk to the Piazza Grande and center of town. The hosts are welcoming, helpful and are fluent in several languages. The weather was good most mornings and we could enjoy the delicious breakfast outside in the lovely garden. The rooms are small but comfortable and modern.

The location is certainly a plus: spacious balcony, reclining chairs, view on the lake, at the boulevard where there is some traffic but surprisingly it's very quiet. Room was certainly more than big enough. Beds very good. Staff friendly, albeit in a bit routine sort of way (they clearly have seen way too many tourists in their life).
