Very good location, central and near train station
We stayed in the family apartment; it was wonderful! So clean, large enough for our group of 5 to spread out and relax, it had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Great location and excellent breakfast!
This Hotel is a few km outside the city on the hillside, looking down to Luzern city and lakes. View is lovely, and you're in the country-side with lovely fields and farm-houses. We chose this instead of the city centre and were pleasantly surprised. If you like walking or are planning to got to the Pilatus mountain this is a great location (without a car you will need a taxi to go to city, to the Kriens village with the Pilatus cable car it's a walking distance. This Hotel is in the middle of nature.
Loved our fashionable room and it's perfect location. Although situated in the city centre, the room was very quiet. Self check-in felt very private, which we liked. But still you feel good taken care of because of all the nice extra touches. Like the self service laundry/cofffee room or the really nice coffee bar (with the friendliest staff) next door.

Second time staying at this hotel. Staff is helpful and accommodating at check-in. Very convenient location, especially when driving a car to Luzern. Close enough to walk to everything in the city, but far enough off the main streets to be quiet and private. Excellent breakfast as well.
The hotel is in a very quiet neighborhood. Close to the city center and railway station (about 10-15 min to walk). Relatively cheap comparing to other options in Luzern. Breakfast is included. Toilet - though not in the room, but clean. Helpful personnel. The room was quite warm
