Phillipe and Arlette were incredibly kind and accomodating to us, including picking us up from the train station, giving us recommendations for hikes/restaurants, and giving us a ride back from the restaurant when it was raining. They truly went above and beyond what a normal host would do. The room was small (just like any room in Europe), but it had an amazing view, and it was incredibly quiet and tranquil. The breakfast was fantastic and included ingredients local to the region. I can’t recommend the place highly enough.

I thoroughly enjoyed my 7 nights here.Wonderful ,cheerful and helpful front desk staff ,restaurant staff and room cleaning staff.Bed ,linens,towels,bathroom-all high quality. Breakfast had many healthy options, including freshly made breads , cereals ,fish, dried fruits ,nuts,soft-boiled eggs,cheeses,home-made fruit jams and daily-made fruit cocktail( it was NOT from a can!) .I also appreciated that they made me a soy cappuccino every morning.
The hotel was 35% of the price of comparable hotels in Gstaad,a quick 4 -minute train ride away. The train ran hourly but the buses ran every 10/15 minutes-so never a problem . The train stop (Saanen) is a 1-minute walk from the hotel. Saanen is much more authentic a town than Gstaad, and more interesting. Next to the hotel is a small farmers market-type store selling fruits,vegetables,nuts,grains-everything,really. I slept with the windows open every night-it was that quiet. Lovely pace! Excellent base from which to sample the various ski runs nearby.

The location, although somewhat hidden behind the fire station and a bottling warehouse, was just under a 15 minute walk to the center of the old town.
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
Original setup, comfortable beds, quiet and beautiful location, toys for kids, friendly and responsive staff, firepit and lots of outdoor space. At the foot of many beautiful hikes and pictoresque Swiss villages. Great for a family or two!
Brand new, very tasteful design overall, small luxury boutique hotel with AMAZING hospitality and all services you might need. Very nice bfast and super kind and generous owners. Amazing value for money in Gstaad are. We were there in winter and can only immagine how beautiful it is in summer too. So, thats really the best bet in this area.
Lovely environment and charming in-house (traditional but trendy decoration)
Staff was proactive and friendly.
Free parking next to front door.
Sunny garden with terrace.
Excellent "flat" for three (two independent rooms).
We have driven by this hotel many times. It's an old chalet style - a character of a building. We loved our stay. The room was nice, the dinner we had was very good (as well as an excellent breakfast). And best of all, the next morning we just had to walk a short distance to start our hike. Parking is available (although it can be limited depending upon season etc.)
it was lovey to be in the countryside. quiet location and a beautiful Swiss chalet hotel. breakfast was good but dinner was fantastic, best tomato soup I’ve ever had!
