We loved the treatment of both hosts, they were kind and lovely and helped us with everything we needed. The view and stillness were highlights for us. We could use everything we wanted in the kitchen and the breakfast was mostly home made by them so that was great too.

Really cute house and room. Monica our host was super friendly and accommodating. The room and bathroom was super tidy and well equipped.

The Window is a beautiful building in a beautiful setting. If you want to go somewhere to enjoy a spectacular view, take some time to relax, and wander around castles, then this is the place for you! It's a short taxi ride from the town center, or a short walk down (about 15min) that brings you past the Montebello castle. You can also walk up about 15min, and you will be at the second castle Sasso Corbaro. Both have beautiful grounds and beautiful views. With it's huge window in the room, I could easily sit in the balcony under the blankets provided, or lie in bed and just watch the day go by, with the sun shining on the mountains ahead. It was a very relaxing, perfect stay.

Lorenzo and his wife were great hosts. Our room was very comfortable and warm ( we stayed in January) and the private bathroom is huge. The house is extremely clean with underfloor heating throughout. The location is quiet and the Wi-Fi was working perfectly. We had a lovely breakfast and before we left we got given a jar of homemade honey made by Lorenzo. We did not have an issue finding the location, maybe because I got in touch via whatsapp with Lorenzo after I made the booking and he sent me a link of the exact position of the property.
This is simply one of the nicest places we've ever stayed in. The host is lovely and it's such a beautiful building. Spotlessly clean. It's charming.
Had a lovely meal at Ristorante Vecchia Birreria which is right beside.
Natalia is a great host, the place is perfectly clean and so well equipped! It was a real pleasure to stay here. Highly recommended!
