We liked everything. The location is excellent specially for people doing the "Herzroute - Senseschlaufe" bike ride.
The hosts Ines and Jean were kind and very helpful. Breakfast was very good and brought straight to the door of our apartment.
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
Great location, in the middle of the busy area of the city but still very quiet in the rooms. There was daily room cleaning which was very nice.
The staff at reception were lovely and helpful. The breakfast was good and on par with other hotels in Switzerland (yogurt, cereals, juices, croissants, bread, boiled eggs, cured meats and fruits). There was not many gluten free options in the breakfast for my partner.

Superb central location handy for all that Bern has to offer. Room was comfortable and well equipped, enough storage for a couple of nights and comfy beds. Good shower and bathroom facilities. Surprisingly quiet for a city centre location. Breakfast was good and included.

The place is easily accessible by car when you first arrive in the city.
Great location right next to a bus stop ready to get you to the city center. Besides the bus tickets are included in the city tax you pay while staying.

Great location. This is a basic hotel but if all you are looking for is a cheap (for Swiss) place to just sleep for the night, this place is great. A courtyard room is quieter than the rooms facing the main road. All in all very good.
The place is super nice and quiet. It is located in a residential area but there are close bus and tram stops. Close to grocery shops and city center. They also have a private parking if you are going by car. Staff/owner were super friendly and easy to communicate with regards of your extra request.
Will going to rent again if we are going to visit in the future 🙂
