The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The room was comfortable and clean, though a fan would have been nice since there wasn't any air conditioning. Great location to travel by bus, train or walk for a swim in the river.

This hotel has a great location, just outside the pedestrian zone of Ascona. Private parking is available. Rooms are comfortable and functional. Views from the restaurant terrace is fantastic and breakfast is very good.
We liked everything. The near by city center is a big plus....accessible through 2 entrences. Flat with perfect equipment....luxurious finest china ware and glass ware, very comfy beds with luxurious beddings, walls with lots of paintings. Very quiet place. Private free parking near by is a top benefit from the owner. Very unusual in this town.

Very nice forthcoming staff! Excellent breakfast. Very nice ambiance with a fantastic inner garden where the meals could be enjoyed. Very good food! Great location in the calm sporty side of Ascona, such as the golf course, the public beach and the Lido. 10 min walk to the center. Free parking.
