I stayed for 2 nights in September 2024, having one full day to explore the city.
The E-bike thing is super cool - they let you take the bike for 3 hours, and if they aren't overbooked you can extend it up to 10 hours(!) for free (like I did, 9am-7pm) by phone.
The E-bike had good range and were in good shape. They add a lock and helmet.
Although the motel is not in the middle of the city, it is located within 2 minutes ride (along bike lane), that connects you with a major bike road. You are 10-15 minutes ride from city center. Bike are a great way to get to know the city, due to the large number of bike lanes. I really enjoyed it.
Rather than the whole E-bike thing, rooms were big and comfortable, they have parking, and breakfast was nice.

Mark and Carolyn were very helpful in responding to questions before the trip. We thoroughly enjoyed talking with them. They have a perfect bed and breakfast arrangement. The only regret is not staying longer.
The staff were helpful and friendly, the breakfasts were great, the room was ample and large and very comfortable. The house two itself was quaint and lovely.
The property and views at this B&B are beautiful and soothing. A morning coffee on the quiet poolside, or on the private deck of each room, was the perfect start to the day! David had a lovely breakfast ready for us at our desired time and was attentive to our dining needs. The other guests were lovely and bright individuals that we were happy to share a meal with.
We will be back for another visit in the future!
