the breakfast was amazing! The owner cooked it himself. We had homemade buckwheat pancakes, eggs, ham and sausage, toast and fresh fruit. Best B&B breakfast I ever had.
The owner is very friendly and fun to talk with.

Mel and Dave are wonderful hosts! They took care of all our needs. They made us feel like family. All the staff are just awesome. The location is jaw dropping, great escape. The food was amazing. Dave is the king of eggs. Mel prepared the best suppers ever! Her meals were truly mouth watering. We loved everything about this property. We will be back!

Lovely historic property a short drive from several restaurants. The owner, who lives on the property, is WONDERFUL. We had a lovely chat, and she immediately came down to help with a recalcitrant TV. The continental breakfast was just enough to start my day.

Property is exquisitely landscaped, overlooking the bay. Recently renovated rooms, very modern and clean. No food available on-site but adjacent common room had large clean kitchen available. Not much in the way of local restaurants, so be prepared to bring your own breakfast with you. Cardigan is 25 minutes away with excellent Clamdigger restaurant for lunch or dinner.
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
The Innkeeper is very kind, personable & knowledgeable. We enjoyed chatting with him.
The Barn at Spry Point is situated in such a beautiful location. The room & facilities were very clean & quiet, despite being fully booked. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a unique experience with picturesque surroundings.

This is a beautiful setting and very unique. The rooms are in a barn. The shared bathrooms were very comfortable and easy. The kitchen is well equipped. Very quiet.
Ned's was not advertised as B&B. However, he had excellent kitchen facilities. There was also a fridge in our room. You can cook your own meals instead of take-out and restaurants. Provided laundry facility.
The place was quiet and the host was very helpful. The sunrise and sunsets were spectacular.
