Check in went fine, room was adequate, host provided cold water, milk and instant coffee which we appreciated. She also stopped by to introducer herself which was thoughtful. She also gave us some bug spray cause the mosquitoes were getting active. Her staff Sandy gave us a tour of the property which was also appreciated. The host lives in the main house and quest stay in little rooms in the adjacent structures.

The place was exactly what I expected/hoped it would be: an inexpensive but comfortable place to lay my head as I drove from Livingstone to Windhoek across three days. Check-in was easy and the room was clean. I appreciated that I was able to park my vehicle behind a locked gate (even if the neighborhood looked fine). AC worked great. So did the WiFi. It was also very quiet, but I'm not sure if there was anyone else staying on my floor. I cannot comment on the food as I ate elsewhere.

it was a very clean facility and very peaceful area
Great place to take a rest, very good contact with the staff, easy to order additional activities and services (sunset cruise, transfer to vic falls), great location and equipment of the place. We recommend it and definitely will come back ;)
You can take a shared taxi from the hotel to the city center of Kasane for BWP8 (50 cents). So it is more affordable and quieter to stay at this hotel than in the city.
The atmosphere is stylish and very nice. The hotel has very cute dogs and cat friends. The staff was friendly and kind, and when we didn't have BWP money and we were in trouble, they lent us some money.
Good hotel located on the outskirts of Kasane. Private gated parking spots available. Lovely patio with grill. The rooms are large and have a private balcony. Fridge available in the room and also in the shared kitchen downstairs. Excellent breakfast.
Enjoyed the stay. The staff was friendly, responsive, and supportive. The neighborhood is quiet and welcoming. Booking additional services such as Game Drive, Boat Trip, and Victoria Falls visit is cheap (same quality) through the Elephant trails compared to other hotels and resorts. Services are well organized, well communicated, and outsourced with one another.
We stayed in the cottage "Ouma se plekkie" with it's own patio and braai overlooking a private corner of the garden. It was beautiful and we really enjoyed the quietness and central location of the cottage. Highly recommended.
