I would describe it as an oasis in the middle of the city. It set off the main street and its very quiet and peaceful. We loved our stay here right from the start. All the receptions are very friendly and speak some English.
We had a room facing the pool, but we were never disturbed by any noises.
The interior of the room and the outdoor area is something else: everything so stylish, decorated with works of art of local artist. In the evening the pool area is beautifully lit and it felt like in some sort of film set! We were there on our own and it felt like we had the whole pool all to ourselves!
There are frogs and iguanas, but for me it was a huge bonus, they are very beautiful and no bother to people.
The supermarket is just around the corner and you can order delicious food to be delivered to you from a nearby restaurant. I rate it 10/10!

low cost, breakfast is OK, staff is OK, private parking. Not a super hotel but is has most features requested and it is clean. 1 km from there on the same road there is an excellent restaurant.
House is ventilated and in close driving distance to markets, city center and restaurants. But you DO NEED a car! Safe location and peaceful neighborhood. Kitchen is well equipped, comfortable bed and pillows, but second bedroom does not have air conditioning. The host has incredible communication skills and is promptly available to respond to any request. We will definitely return!
There is few things to say: great place where to spend some days in Parnaiba. No drawbacks, only positive things. Beautiful room, beautiful hotel, private parking, great breakfast, easy to find, staff can speak English, hot water to have a shower. In the north east of Brazil you would like to find all places like that. Also price is good
