What a find in central Cochabamba. The owner is very helpful and leaflets are available for local attractions.
The hotel had only recently been opened so is very clean and modern but still retaining the charm of a traditional place with only 8 rooms. All the rooms are at the back, well away from the road ensuring a quiet nights sleep. They are around a central, shared, sheltered, courtyard with table and chairs where breakfast is served.
The rooms are light and airy with mesh on the window frames (so windows can be opened to allow air in, but not mosquitoes). The rooms are very spacious with plenty of storage space and with TV (with cable and streaming services), table, chairs, bedside cabinets and a wardrobe. A decent fan is also provided if it gets too warm.
The large modern bathroom has a very good shower with hot water. The sink even has a plug!
The lovely breakfast is served from 7 to 10am. Hot drinks (tea, coffee, hot chocolate), juice and yogurt. Fruit, cereal, toasted sandwich and egg provided.

Plenty of outdoor and indoor common areas to sit and chill, loads of electrical outlets, very good not-too-sweet breakfast, artisanal beers to buy, perfect location- you can stroll around at night, friendly staff, funny pet cat, nice artwork, quiet street.
My favourite place I’ve stayed in Bolivia. Felt like luxury and at a fair price. Was so nice and clean. Hot showers, great WiFi, it felt sooo clean, so nice!
Clean and tidy apartment, well designed and nicely furnished. Great location close to the amenities of Avenida América. We enjoyed using the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi.
Very friendly staff, comfortable room and very very clean and nice private bathroom and shower. They even let us leave the bags after our stay until we got on the bus. Would recommend for sure!
Luis is a great host, he made us feel at home. The residence is very comfortable, it is not the city center which I found also as a plus, since its only a 15 mins walk.

Lovely breakfast each morning of eggs, plenty of bread and coffee. Luis was really attentive and kind and went out of his way to help us with any questions we had. Nice quiet, friendly neighbourhood, out of the chaos of the city centre but near enough to walk in (also regular truffis 2 blocks away). Clean, big rooms, hot shower... Originally only chose to stay here because it was near the bus terminal and we were arriving very early in the morning, but it turned out to be a gem. Would 100% stay here again, highly recommend!
I really enjoyed my stay in the Apart Hotel Regina in Cochabamba. The hotel is located close to the city centre and it has its own private parking, I had a rental car so that was important for me. My room was spacious, the shower and Wi-Fi were very good. The breakfast was excellent. From my room I had a nice view on the Cristo statue that dominated Cochabamba.
Very private (there are no shared facilities), so good for longer stay also.
