Good location - everything is close to you. Nice room, comfortable bed. We had terrace in which we can smoke too. The guesthouse have it's own private parking so you don't have to worry about where to park your car too.
When you have some question you can always call the hosts.
If we go to Kazanlak again definitely we will stay there again.

For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
The hotel has been recently renovated. The rooms are spacious, well-designed, and surprisingly quiet. The bathroom is also spacious and offers both a shower and a bathtub. The internet is adequate. The outdoor pool, indoor pool, and all facilities we used are in great condition. Although the hotel was at capacity during my stay, it never felt crowded. The location is slightly outside the village but only a 10-minute walk to the central area. I found the location beneficial – it was quiet, green, and had nice views of the Balkan Mountains.
Everything was perfect. Room was clean and shiny. Bed was very comfortable. There is stable WIFI connection. There is a large garden with a covered dining area which can be used by guests. Location is excellent - on a walking distance from the centre and the mineral pools. The street is quiet and calm during night. The house has own parking spot(s) where you can park. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Totally recommend.
Very pleasant stay. The owners created the hotel with a big heart, taste and were very kind. Quiet and clean place close to city center. Clean with everything you need. Relax zone and bikes also available.
I particularly loved the spacious room and the outside areas, including the jacuzzi. Everything, including the kitchen felt like brand new. The location was nice, close to the centre, but in a quieter street.
It looks better than the photos! Well manicured lawn, big pool, sun beds, all you need for a good holiday! The room was spotless clean with impeccable white linen and towels. And is very, very quiet! Only birds and whispers from the neighbors.

While risking to repeat what has been mentioned in all previous comments, I confirm the high and extraordinary status of the cleanliness, peace, good taste in the interior, comfort of facilities and friendly atmosphere. The breakfast is an excellent choice, too, however the dinner is a must - great cooking, selected drinks, quiet winter garden and unforgettable service. Absolutely recommendable. Worth taking walks in the town and also visiting other sites in the region. One of the places we will definitely be eager to revisit.
