Very good location. Quiet neighborhood. Close to the beach (10 minutes on foot), but quite far from other points of interest. But this wasn't an issue for us. We simply walked. But there are buses for many destinations. And taxi.
The parking spaces are right in front pf the property.

The people running the place are really great and welcoming. We were in one of the rooms, which was tidy and clean, with an AC, a very good spacious bathroom with a nice shower, and a really nice view of the sea. There is a small beach 5 minutes away from the hotel, which is okay. We had trouble finding the remote for the AC, and the owners reacted very quickly and provided us with a new one. They are great, easy to talk to and seem to care for the place very well! Would visit again for sure.

Great location in the heart of Nesebar new town, but in a quiet street. Close to two beaches. Very good price quality ratio. The hosts are very kind, they text me the room was ready well before the advertised check-in time and offered me a Somersby cider ;-)
The old renovated house was fantastic cold drinks in the fridge cheaper than street prices, Stan the owner is amazing and was a great help. The peace and quietness were great bonus
Classy, peaceful boutique hotel in Nessebar (our room looked directly out onto one of the town's scenic churches!). As many other reviews have mentioned, the Manager (Petko) can't do enough to help, and was in contact with us to help with parking and luggage. The room was modern, nicely finished and very spacious, and despite some of the busier sections that Nessebar can have, it felt very quiet here.
Very good hotel at the beach, great location. Most of the rooms have sea view. The staff was very friendly and polite, the restaurant had a reasonable verity of food which was very good and cheap. Everything was nice and clean.
