This b&b was exceptional! The location is perfect, it's set in beautiful fields with hop farms next to it. A perfect distance from poperinge, Ypres and ww1 history as well as Trappist monasteries and plenty of Belgium beer hotspots.
The b&b itself is so beautiful and the barn has been renovated to such a high standard. The animals around the b&b were so lovely to see everyday running around.
The facilities throughout the B&B were so thoughtfully provided and made to look beautiful and homely. The bed was a dream and the common room cosy.
The thing that makes this place so special however is Ann. She gives the most kindest welcome, her knowledge of the area and her attention to detail I've never come across before. She also puts on the best hotel/b&b breakfast I've ever had. Most aspects were homemade and the care in it all made us feel special.
Definitely stay here, you'll feel well rested and well looked after. We stayed with an 8 month old baby who slept so well here too....the highest praise indeed!

Great to have modern brewery with modern facilities and modern on-site facilities for sleeping. The breakfast was incredible and having the payable beer fridge and other amenities to access was a bonus.

Pleasant stay on a farm location with welcoming hosts, comfortable room with a fridge and private bathroom. Car parking was free and secure onsite. Breakfast in the dining room was delicious.
lovely hotel in a quiet town. beautiful town square with a good selection of cafes and bars. Ideally situated for touring Flanders area of Belguim. Nice and close to le Shuttle, to catch morning train or first night stop in Europe.
This is a high quality, very clean guest house where you’re made to feel at home. Ria, our host is very knowledgeable about the area and happy to give advice.
The breakfast was excellent with lots of nice cheeses and fresh fruit.
Not only are the rooms very nice but also the outside sitting area is absolutely above expectations.
The little things! Lots of towels, beers in the fridge, loo rolls and condiments in the cupboard. A fun playroom of great games to play and plenty of space. And a gorgeous sheep we named Shawn who ran to see us every morning. It was beautifully quiet and had everything we could possibly need. Communications with Ellen were friendly and super helpful too.
Great location (easy to find, short walk into town for dinner). B&B part has its own access, so you can come and go without disturbing the owners. Spacious, quiet, comfortable, private, clean accommodation. Breakfast was good value. Helpful and kind owners.
Really friendly staff, such a great location! There was an issue with the smoke alarms which was quickly resolved and explained and the breakfast and dining was all part of the great experience. The Rooms are named after Belgium Beer which is quirky and the quiet and central location makes this an ideal base. Parking is on the road which you have to pay for but this isn't expensive and there's plenty of availability. Would absolutely return and recommend.
Location was brilliant, quiet and relaxing in the countryside. Staff were lovely. The facilities were amazing. Breakfast was included and was delicious. We hope to return and stay longer. We stayed in the large luxury room which was fabulous and huge with lots of little extras.
