Very nice rooms & friendly owner. The room is very clean, has AC, shower gel & shampoo were also there, clean towels, fan etc. Wifi (free) is working great. Coffee mashiene is top! But the coffee mashiene, cups & plates & fridge is downstairs, not in the room. There is also tea (a wide selection of different types), & there are cookies/waffles as a bonus :) Parking is available next to the house. TV with different channels (Netflix, Disney etc.) Photos correspond the actual place. Was quite satisfied with our stay there.

Superb location and a lovely apartment all round, the area is residential and quiet, but all the facilities and Oostende itself are super easy to reach by car or by public transport. The beach is right out front, the private garden is spacious, the kitchen fully equipped and the bathroom is luxury with a walk in shower and a tub. It's also super convenient that a washing machine is available and plenty of cupboard space. We didn't meet the hosts, but they did send some messages before check-in to ensure everything was alright.
Rooms spacious.. private and quiet hotel. Breakfast was good and taken with care, their breakfast room was build with high quality materials.
Oh! Beautiful garden/small park right behind the hotel. I think it's the only green place in the city centre.

Whatsapp communication was great. Breakfast was everything you needed. Loved the scrambled eggs and sausages.
Wifi great, a lot of USB and power outlets in the room. Quiet and private hotel entrance available. Superb most central location. There is a beautiful garden behind the hotel right in the city centre.
