Our host (the owners) were very friendly and thier dog Lola was always ready to greet you every morning!!
The location is definitely a prime location for traveling and visiting local places!! About a 10 min walk to the train station but if you want it's about a 3 minute drive (There is a nice size parking lot at the train station). Breakfast was served fresh every morning. Typical European Breakfast with deli meats, breads, jams, and yummy eggs!! Coffee made fresh🙂 Parking was right in front of the house. The bed was very comfy and definitely someone has an eye for design / style. The room was clean and very spacious with a nice little black sofa to just sit and relax after all the walking we did around Brussels. There is a mini fridge with some wine and beer! Tea and instant coffee were located in the room as well, if interested. The room does have WIFI. Owners made it feel like home and if we needed anything they would make it happen!! Definitely a very nice, for a weekend getaway!! Make sure you give Lola extra lovings!! 💗

The interior design of The Oak is spectacular and spending the morning sipping tea with the kiss of sun whilst looking at the garden-forest is magical :)

The stay was amazing. A very charming, beautiful' warm and cozy place!
Breakfast was very delicious. Amandine was the sweetest, very welcoming and nice. When we have the opportunity again, we will definitely visit!
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
We liked the location of the hotel, surrounded by the forest and very quiet. The view from the room was very relaxing. The room was big and rather clean.
Lovely B&B which is in a very quiet rural setting. Close walk to the main shops and places to eat. Thoughtful touches, super clean, great choices for breakfast. Easy check in and very accommodating owners who were willing to do a late check in due to flight delays. Overall a great place to stay!
Excellent breakfast with very nice choices, very quiet location in a nice garden environment, very helpful hosts, free parking, walking distance to La Hulpe train station and thus ok-easy commute into Brussels, nice bedroom and bathroom.
The owners, were really nice and helpfull people. Breakfast was very good. Jaccuzi was also nice. Room had everything u Need and felt very cozy. City center was close by walk like 10 minutes. It’s very private accomodation and u feel like you are in nature while you are about 20-30 minutes from Brussel.
