We had a wonderful two-nights stay and had everything we needed. Serge is a great host and provided lots of information for our exploration. We felt home and welcomed. For us it was a perfect match, we were able to explore everything by foot, prepare a snack in the kitchen, keep some stuff cold in the fridge, relax in an air-conditioned room with a comfortable bed, all while the car was parked near and safe. The house provides an overall pleasant mix of old but renovated and modern and everything was smelling fresh.

The location was ideal as I was working for two weeks at the Chièvres airbase only 10 minutes away.The accommodation was very clean and facilities were excellent. The hosts were exceptional in making me feel welcome with small things such as a complimentary bottle of champagne and fruit bowl.They spoke very good English which helps. I did try the breakfast and as normal was to a very high standard.

Breakfast was your standard continental breakfast. It was just enough to get a nice meal in to start the day. Our room was upgraded free of charge, we had a private sauna that was phenomenal!

Very charming place to spend a night. We especially liked the quiet location with the nice garden and the animals and the possibility to dress up in special costumes. The rooms were fantastic and the breakfast was delicious. The location within 10 minutes of Pairi Daiza is ideal if you want to visit the zoo.
Great location. 2 minutes from SHAPE. The restaurant is nice and served great drinks. Check in was easy. Room has AC. Front desk spoke English and helpful. Staff kitchen spoke little English but very accommodating.
The location is perfect, we drove to Lille (France) and to other city's in Belgium, Gent, Bruges. There is small town next to the House called Mons and the city center is also very nice.
The house was very nice, we have few hot days and the air condition saved us!
The house owners are very nice and help us with our questions regarding the area.
If I will come back to Belgium in the future it will be to this place for sure.
Was met by a very friendly host, given a small gift on arrival. Perfectly quiet, was able to park right next to the accommodation. Very clean and quaint. Hot, clean and powerful shower. Overall, very nice.
