Caroline, the host, surpassed all my expectations with her meticulous attention to details in every aspect and her thoughtful touches. The delicious and healthy gourmet breakfast offered every morning was also a real treat. BnB Manere is a real gem and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Everything is perfect - upscale renovation and decorations, huge and quiet common spaces like kitchen and lounging area, comfortable sleeping quarters. Host met us at the door and introduced the building to us. There is also a sauna and small gym. We even had a terrace in our room. Host prepared us a free amazing breakfast in the morning as well!

Every single item was beyond our expectation in this price range: the stylish, very well equipped room, perfect wi-fi, spacious, confortable bad for having a great night with blackout roller blinds + fly screen adjustable ! Huge TV, 5m long desk for 2 computers and all possible things, various warm, switchable lights, beautiful bathroom with Italian shower... Outside we really enjoyed a large, quiet garden with great spacious views, many nice spots and very confortable seats. The swimming pool, gym, next time, coming in a cooler month we're sure to enjoy the sauna, the Jacuzzi and to see to see again our preferred cat !

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the B&B Avenue Deschanel, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. Super simple but functional place. Best shower head. Room had lots of light. Ours faced the street and it was quite noisy. No AC/fan so it might get warm; we had typical Belgian summer night so it was cool with the window open. Didn’t use the kitchen but it looked fine and clean. Bathroom was functional. Note for accessibility there are quite a few steep & narrow stairs.
Family run, owners are super kind and considerate, let us keep our bags before check in and gave us the key ahead of time since the room was ready. All the best to the family!

Very quiet location 15 minutes by car from Atomium. You are accommodated in fully equipped flat with great terrace and kitchen where is everything you can imagine. Owners are very pleasant and helpful.
The breakfast was fantastic, the host, Caroline is very friendly and helpful, one feels home immediately. The whole place is like a boutique hotel. We had a loft room, which was furnished like in a home-decor magazine.
When we arrived there, we was really impressed of what we saw,
Laurentiu and his son Luca met us on the property to give us a keys and showed us all beautiful apartment.

The appartement was so big. It had everything we needed. The breakfast was amazing we tasted so many rolls, croissants, Danish pastries over the four days that had been baked fresh in the bakery, delicious. Would highly recommend staying here. We caught the bus into Brussels and we caught the train from weerde station into antwerp which was easy, and cheap
Good place to stay in Brussels for reasonable price. The apartment is ok for up to 4 people, it provides kitchen, bedroom and living room with sofa that sleeps 2. It is located near Atomium - you can walk there easily. The building is very quiet. Free parking is possible in the street.
I would like to come again to this beautiful establishment in the quiet Grimbergen. Mister Jan and all the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was large, spacious, clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the variety was sufficient. I had dinner at the restaurant, it was really nice. I definitely recommend it.
We booked the aparment for 3 people, and everybody had a separated room.

The village is calm and quiet
Very friendly and attentive owner, tstefully modern design, clean common area and room, nice smelling, quality appliances, comfortable boxspring bed, dark curtains to darken the room if one wishes to sleep in, walking distance from a good restaurant, a few minutes from the village, supermarket and restaurants, cafes, very nice breakfast (although we passed on some sweets) with fresh fruits, yoghurts, breads, eggs, etc. And: Surprise EV charger. Overall, convenient location: quiet, but still just a stones throw from Brussels. Recommend.
