We had an amazing stay! Luckily, we had an entire cottage to ourselves; it had a huge living room, a kitchenette and a private bathroom with tub. The room allotted for us was quite spacious. It had a large bed, two chairs, a couch and a medium sized wardrobe. Really good value for the money.
Lucas was a great host. We loved chatting with him about Spa, cats, paludariums and several other topics. The star attraction of our stay however was Little Bear, the PR Manager of the property. He takes his job very seriously, keeping all guests entertained, and making everyone feel at home. :-)
The breakfast spread was really nice. The location of the property was perfect for us. It was only a 10 minutes walk from Spa station and the city center, while being in a secluded private neighborhood. Apart from a Saturday night DJ event at the tennis club nearby, we had a wonderfully quiet retreat.

For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
The house is in a great location close to the circuit of Spa Francorchamps, the owners were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The bed was very comfortable and the linen was most luxurious. There was a fridge in the hall that we could keep our provisions in.
The host is super kind. I've been there for some years and the house is always on the top. Super-quiet, the house is so beautiful and comfortable, the yard is really nice, park space is for 4-5 cars. Immediate near the circuit. It's an absolute pleasure to stay there! I will always look for this house in the future.
Wonderful location for a visit to Spa-Francorchamps. Modern rooms, with private badroom/shower/toilet. A wonderful breakfast is included and there is an offering of coffee and local Belgian beers. Nice and quiet as well, with great views. My preferred spot if I am going to Spa-Francorchamps.
Beautifully finished and modern with lovely outside area. It’s part of the owners house but completely separate, private and quiet and benefits from being in large grounds, with a large parking area.
The owners are very helpful and friendly including leaving a welcome pack. Less than a 5min walk to local restaurants and a 5min drive to the race track.
We liked our stay a lot. We highly recommend this property if you are looking for a quiet place in nature yet still close to city center. Also owner is a very kind lady. Everything was clean, new and organized.
A charming family run bed and breakfast hotel ideally situated for the Spa Francorchamps Circuit.Excellent communication by the owner Regis who gave us a warm welcome.The Motor sports theme will be of interest to many.
the hotel was peaceful with rural views from our room .Breakfast was buffet style continental with fresh breads and croissants cold meats cheese boiled eggs etc and was very good.
