I recently stayed at this property and had a wonderful experience. The best part of the house was its location and the pool. The garden was spacious. Despite being located in the city center, the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The host, Ramil, was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay.
Absolutely loved it. The location is close to the city center, making it very convenient. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary amenities, and there are air conditioners in all the rooms. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood, providing a peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommended!
The villa is in a great location. It is 1.5 km away from the city center and the super market. It is a very quiet and peaceful area. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. very clean and tidy. When we arrived, the bathrooms were stocked with wipes, shampoo, and other cleaning supplies. The host welcomed us with a smile and answered all our questions. There is a pool for both children and adults.
The property is tad bit away from the city centre but anyone who is able to walk 2 kms, it should be fine. Or otherwise there are taxis.
It is a quiet property, there are only guests in the different villas. I would call this as a no frills option, there is a house and almost everything needed to stay but anything on top and above shouldn’t be expected. There is a care taker who can be usually seen in the mornings and can help you with basic things.
I would recommend this property for groups, it will be value for money.
The house was spacious with all basic amenities such as kettle, gas stove, utensils provided. The AC was new and functioned well. There was a dedicated area for barbecue. The house was neat and clean. The biggest positive of all, the owner can speak english. It was conveniently located from the city centre and in a quiet neighborhood. The streets are well lit. It is conveniently located from all major attractions.
