Stayed in the music room and loved the decor, indoor fireplace (with plenty of wood) and the view from the verandah. The hot tub was hot and had chemicals and test strip's so we could maintain the water quality. Exploring the gardens was a real treat as well as the comfy bed at the end of the evening. All in all we really enjoyed our stay at this stunning property.

The location was great with lovely walks and easy access to all the good things Warburton has to offer. The cottage was perfect. All our needs were accommodated and more. Luxurious! The water garden cottage we stayed in was so quiet, private with our own personal waterfall. The cottage itself was cosy and warm. The spa was spacious and luxurious. You have everything you need if you wish to eat in the cottage.
Great location with beautiful views. The house was cozy and clean. Phoenix was a great host and full of information. We will gladly stay here again on a return trip to Warburton
breakfast was delicious and Kim is wonderful. She's a great host! The b&b is awesome with great views and you wouldn't want anything else. You can BYO your own dinner if you want and use the kitchen and dining area. Kim was very friendly and accomodating. I would recommend Buttercup hill. I would definitely come again and we stayed here and used it as a base as we were doing the yarra valley wine tour. The cottage is quaint and has character.
