The house is stunning and breakfast was delicious, as if Charles had come from Master Chef. Charles and Lorraine are wonderful hosts with some fantastic facilities on site. I will definitely be making a return visit when I have more time to relax and soak up the atmosphere.

Some nice touches such as a complimentary bottle of wine and chocolate’s. The hosts provided plenty of clear communication so arriving and navigating the new space with easy. A great location too!
Loved the place, everything you would need: amenities, comfort, modern design, spacious with a great balcony view over Rye beach, great location as well, easy drive to Point Nepean National park or Cape Schanck, close to Woolworths and some restaurants. Location great, quiet, halfway and within walking distance to both bay and ocean beaches. Comfortable spacious house, good internet, lots of crockery and cutlery and saucepans, bbq, private and not overlooked by neighbours.
