Lovely apartment in a quiet and pleasant area with great view over Hobart. Hosts dealt with our travel issues and delayed arrival very helpfully and met us with a great welcome when we arrived. Apartment is very comfortable, second bedroom is smaller and suitable for younger kids but our son who is 20 slept really well on the very large sofa bed. Lovely bread, coffee, beer etc provided when we got there which was much appreciated. Would stay again if we ever make it to Tasmania again.

Very characterful accommodation, easy 15 min walk from town centre. Plenty of free parking. Very nice bedding & pillows. Friendly owner. Great choice if you find hotel chains very dull.

For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Great place to stay. Private cottage, quiet location, yet close to town. Excellent facilities. Comfy bed and pillows. Good shower. Continental breakfast was very good.

Quaint but roomy cottage with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast supplied included freshly baked bread, bacon, eggs, fruit juice & a selection of jams & fresh fruit. Coffee & tea were also supplied. We had the use of the outdoor chairs to sit with views across to the historic bridge. A great place to stay with very accommodating hosts.
One of the cheapest places to stay in Richmond and we were pleasantly surprised at how nice the room was for the price. David called in advance to let us know our room was ready early and cheerfully greeted us on arrival. It was very clean, warm, quiet and comfortable with a lovely private outside courtyard. Very close and within easy walking distance to everything Richmond has to offer.

Breakfast was included and was generous. The freshly made fruit salad was a treat.
The kitchenette is limited, with a microwave and air fryer. This was no surprise as it is consistent with the description. Generous tea and coffee making facilities.

Loved the privacy of this quiet little home. Plenty of room for a family or group. It was just up the road from Richmond and not far from Sorrell. Bed was comfortable and home was very clean. Had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Great parking and good signage. Very private.
