Huge room and bathroom. Very comfy bed - we didn't sadly use the lovely freestanding bath, but shower etc was good.
Simple breakfast the next day, but all we needed with a day of wineries and lunching ahead. Jerry was very accommodating and helpful.
The lounge area was also lovely to just sit and read or chill out in the front of the TV

Lisa accommodation is lovely, nice and private and with a swimming pool and tennis court if you’re in the mood. It was a couple of kilometres out of town but that was great for us as we wanted a lovely quiet spot to spend a couple of days. Highly recommended.

I was impressed when I opened the fridge at the thoughtfulness of the supplies left for us. The accom was of a high standard, clean comfortable an well appointed with free wifi. If we are ever travelling that way again I would gladly book to stay here.

dangerfield oaks boutique cottage is excellent i feel the luxury of the cottage clean and spotless.. highly recommended this place.. we will definitely go back there.
great staff, private , beautiful room , central to city centre , grand old building that the owners have not only preserved a classic building, but turned it into a really quiet sophisticated hotel.
Hotel is situated in a great location, close to cafes & boutique stores. The supermarket is close by too. The room we had faced the Main Street but it was quiet. The carpeted floor and room heating made it comfortable. We did have a room with a kitchen but because of the location we barely used it. The location made it ideal for a relaxed trip away.
Cheap and cheerful. We had an ensuite room. It was dated, but clean, spacious. Bare furnishings. Great location and a great price. Very quiet. Comfy bed. The pub itself is lovely. I really like that they haven't modernised it too much. Friends stayed in a small room with no ensuite - it was tiny!
Breakfast well balanced, great variety of continental and cooked, delicious fresh fruit compote, loved the smoothie as an extra touch. Tea, coffee, tasty snacks available throughout the day. Very beautiful historic house and garden, peaceful, quiet, great location with walking distance to everything in town. Enjoyed the nearby riverside walk each morning.
