For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.

A quiet location in excellent proximity to the beach, cafes and supermarkets. Very private facility and exceptionally clean throughout. Undercover parking provided right beside the accommodation.
Very thoughtful touches were included like coffee pods etc, good quality hand wash and body lotion, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner just to mention a few.
I would highly recommend staying here. We were there for two nights and wished we could have stayed longer. Great location and so close to the beach and everything that the Mornington Peninsula has to offer.
The place itself is so nice. Photos do not do it justice. It is large, quiet and very comfortable. The outdoor area which is undercover with a fire and looks out into a lovey natural garden is the best place to lay back and relax. We will definitely be back.
