We had a lovely 2-night stay at Mahalo. We were greeted by the very friendly (and multi-talented!) host, Rennee, and loved the cosy accommodation with a huge comfy bed, large dining, cosy sofas, practical kitchen, balconies with amazing views, two baths to relax, and of course - the sauna, which was very much loved for unwinding. The views and bird sounds from the accommodation just added to the magic! It was perfect for what we needed; we wanted an accommodation that had the usual sleeping/eating areas, but very importantly, a comfortable enough living area where we could sit, chat and discuss. Thank you Rennee for your kind hospitality in letting us borrow your HDMI cable for the weekend, and also the lovely treats on our departure!

Absolutely perfect for our weekend on the Sunshine Coast, the hosts have built a magnificent five star boutique Bed & Breakfast hotel that just makes you feel relaxed the moment they open the door to greet you.
Our room facing the river was a sanctuary, the bed was so comfy I had a fantastic sleep.
Breakfast was a wonderful experience and in such a lovely setting.
Will definitely be coming back.

Great location, we could walk from cabin to Mapleton NP (the property borders the np) very peaceful quiet place & relaxing. The cabins were fairly new and lovely interior. The open bathroom was great. All the decor and amenities were of a good quality.

The property had everything to make your stay a luxury break. it was a great location. Owners very friendly and accommodating. breakfast treats delivered each morning to our door. The fridge was stocked with wonderful cheeses, fruit, fresh milk and all sorts of other treats.
The bed and breakfast was overall exceptional! Tezz and Gilbert made me feel very welcome, and the room was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. I enjoyed the hearty and delicious breakfast. The gardens and surrounding bushland were peaceful and quiet, and the views of the valley stunning, especially at sunset! Absolutely recommend staying here!
