Beautiful well cared for property. We stayed in the Adelaide Room and enjoyed our hot drink in the lovely winged chairs in the window bay. Linda and Andres are excellent hosts - very friendly and informative

The bathroom was spacious and well appointed. The owner was polite and understanding on the phone, and through messages. We found a park outside. The location is central to town. The building presents very well from the road in a row of heritage buildings. The facilities have been modernised and present well on entry.

It was clean, tidy and very cosy. We felt very comfortable here and got some great travelling advice from our hosts. We would absolutely recommend this accomodation to our friends & family.
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Comfortable, quiet and private with easy access to all of Launceston’s restaurants, places of interest, the city centre and supermarkets. Clean and a very comfortable bed. The host and property owner is most welcoming and most helpful. Excellent facilities for the price and would highly recommend it and would stay there again.
Quiet, peaceful and private but very convenient to city and Cataract Gorge with lovely views. Spotlessly clean and spacious. Large, amazing, more than fully equipped kitchen and the most generous food supplies I've ever experienced, not just for breakfast, but covered other meals with fresh fruit and salad, spices etc. Lovely welcome from hostess Diana and beautiful garden. Wished we could have stayed longer!
Walk to city, river and gorge attractions as hotel located in the city centre, however, it is quiet. Hotel was great value for money in the off season (July 2023), especially with breakfast included and cheap car parking. Hotel built in 1989 with fabulous European design and oldish charm, however, with updated bathrooms. A quirky feature was the seperate room for our luggage and for dressing. Dining and drinks in the lobby, bar or restaurant were great. Other restaurants and pubs close by - all walking distance.
The separate cottage was spacious, well appointed, charming, well stocked and private. The hosts were friendly and the garden setting was delightful. The location was also great as it was very close to Cataract Gorge and not far from the city centre. Would absolutely recommend.
Boutique, quirky accommodation near to the city centre. Helpful & friendly staff, quiet surrounds and good facilities. We had asked for 2 rooms near to each other and we had our own private wing which was great. The accommodation was near to a park, supermarket, take aways, and roads in and out of Launceston.
Lovely inside and outside space, good facilities, spacious and private.Great location to City Centre and surrounds. Really loved the concept of supporting social services while you stay and the books and information about Tassie were great also.
