We loved our beautiful, peaceful room overlooking the gardens and with a view of the water through the trees. Our bathroom was divine and the bed super comfortable. Avalon and Rudi are exceptional hosts and treated us as if we were members of their family. The breakfast was delicious and came accompanied by an entertaining wild bird show! We had the best stay and would return in a heartbeat.

The studio was a lovely size. The bathroom was beautiful. The location was good though we had to drive to Terrigal, which was the closest town.

This house is great! It's an older house, but what I liked best was that when we walked in there was no smelly air freshener like you get in some motels. All I could smell was the ocean breeze. The beds were comfy and it had everything we needed, even umbrellas! It was in a great hidden location, with parking at the back door. We had a relaxing and fun time in Gosford! Thank you for a stress free stay!

The room was beautifully decorated and had everything that you needed for your stay.
In fact they went above and beyond by providing extra toiletries in case you had forgotten your own.
The breakfast included offered a great selection of cereal, fruits and toast with butter, jams and vegemite. Fresh juice, milk, tea and coffee.
The location was fantastic as we were attending a wedding at Bells at Killcare.

There wasn't any breakfast, the place was closed down, they sent us to Riley's BnB just down the road, we paid $299 for the night I wouldn't advise anybody to pay $2.99 a night, it was a shit hole,I can't figure out why they call it a BnB and don't do breakfast.

Beautiful art work, great location, clean, very close to both beautiful Killcare beach and to Hardy's bay. Very easily accommodated a group of eight. Would like to return one day :)
A beautiful location if you like a natural and quiet spot. The hosts are friendly and accommodating. The stay is just across the road from the Maitland Bay walk and minutes away from Killcare Beach, Hardys Bay, Pretty Beach etc.
The suite had been so thoughtfully equipped. Everything had been carefully thought through. Very comfortable bed and chair. Large wardrobe hanging and storage space. Beautiful bathroom.

Amberlyn was a tranquil , serene getaway. Exactly what I needed . The bird life , the quietness . Beautiful location close enough ( 5 minutes to the beach ) but far enough away from things to make it perfect for an escape from the world.
