our host was absolutely amazing. Maddies is quiet. Whisper quiet. The rooms are well appointed and the bathroom was huge. I have a big vintage bath in my art deco apartment and the renovated bath at @maddies_of_bolwarra was HUGE!

The room had two beds plus a futon which would have been perfect for larger families. Also travelling with my registered assistance dogs was not a problem. Everything was so easy!

The gardens are amazing! You could sit out the front or back and just watch the sunset or sunrise and listen to birds and watch the wildlife.

I couldn’t finish this review without declaring the continental breakfast was like NOTHING, I have had at any Australian BnB. There was eggs, cold meats, cheese, avocado, smoked salmon, fresh bread, cereals and a fruit platter that no one could finish! This was every morning. Plus the coffee and tea facilities.

Great location , very clean and cosy . There is a bistro downstairs and bar so we were right next to food and drinks . Parked in the carpark and could see my car from my window . Good value for money . Friendly staff .
The location was great and the property was clean. For a Villa, it was still very private and quiet, we barely saw any neighbours and didn’t hear a sound from others in the complex.
