There is no breakfast provided except for cereal bars and packet porridge and coffee machine.
The apartment size is comfortable but bathroom has no vanity top for anything to be placed. Shower quality is good.
I did not like the main door being glass because of security and the fact that owner did not highlight that the key is in the apartment in BOLD in email communication. So when I arrived I had remembered that email says call owner upon arrival and there was no answer on her phone number provided. I had 20 minutes of panic as it was getting dark and I had thought if I cannot reach the owner I will not be able to access the apartment.

Wonderful location and view, comfortable suite and so organised and comfortable. Perfect for a peaceful stay for a couple! We were aware of the good reviews but it still exceeded our expectations in every way - couldn’t have asked for more. Nicola was the best host, so friendly and helpful but not intrusive in any way. We loved our stay at Eagle Bay House. Very clean and beautiful rooms, comfortable bed, air con, modern bathroom and luxury shower. Plenty of storage. Peaceful and quiet, ocean glimpses and beautiful bush land, sat outside and enjoyed the view with four kangaroos with joeys 2 metres from us. Excellent breakfast/kitchenette set up, gluten free cereals and bread included, almond and soy milk, yogurts and a variety of teas on offer. Friendly and attentive host, great location for a holiday around Dunsborough. Will definitely come again.
