Love the heritage look of the building and rooms, staff were very friendly and helpful, cleanliness is excellent, location is also great but its best to get a car to drive around in Cairns.

We stayed 2 nights, one before our dive trip and one after. Divers den shop was literally 2 doors down. The place is super quiet, really clean. The room with and the room without private bathroom were equally nice. The breakfast was a nice touch! Host was accommodating as well, allowed us to leave our luggage and check out a little later because one of us had a pain flair up. Free laundry was also great. The ceiling fans everywhere help move the humid air around and the AC in the rooms were nice. We are at a Chinese Cafe nearby that was friendly and pretty good food. McDonald's is really close. Thank you so much!

So close to the water but tucked away in a very quiet spot with lush, tropical gardens, large deck, multiple seating areas & gorgeous pool out the back. Totally private and tranquil .. very conducive to relaxing!
Apartment clean, light and airy as well as spacious. The large balcony added extra space. It was very quiet and private. Easy walk to the beach. There is a bus stop up the road but if you want to explore the area you probably need to hire a car.
The location is quiet and tranquil. The apartment is private with lots of natural light, including a spacious courtyard. It is tastefully decorated with bathroom and kitchen amenities provided, and has a wonderful relaxing feel. The owners of the property have gone to a lot of trouble to offer a welcoming space, they are quick to respond to questions and provide all the information a guest needs to arrive and stay comfortably. The apartment is immaculately clean, and parking is right at the entrance.
Breakfast of tropical fruit was delicious and the verandah setting was also very pleasant. Maz was a warm and welcoming host. We enjoyed our own private terrace for an evening bbq as well as walking along the nearby beach in the evening, a great and quiet location.
