The location is fantastic, the views are just incredible, so scenic, peaceful and picturesque. The home is extremely well appointed, it has it all and some. Even the breakfast/food/ drink provisions were well beyond expectation, far better than any where we have stayed before.
We cooked a couple of meals and the kitchen has everything you need to do so.
Bungaree Station is set in the Clare Valley, 12 km from Clare and 9km from Jim Barry Wine. Free private parking is available on site. Each building is air conditioned and some have wood fires.

It's a beautiful, peaceful place to stay. Warm welcome from staff. Wandering around the property was great and being able to learn about the history via the information boxes was an added bonus. Beautiful old buildings, trees and lovely garden to walk through.
Exceptionally clean, breakfast supplies were plentiful and bed was warm and cosy.

From the moment we pulled into the driveway I felt myself relax. This property is magical! Everything about it soothes the senses. The sauna and outdoor shower was invigorating and made us feel alive. The cottage was homely and comfortable. I spent all weekend saying, ‘isn’t it just beautiful’? Next time I would bring our food so we could be self sufficient. We loved every minute of our stay.
