Located in N Cairns so very pleasant walk along the Esplanade into town. Dinner at pizza place on Esplanade - good, thin crust pizza. Shared big breakfast at Muddy’s not far from hotel. Muddy’s has great location overlooking ocean & can watch runners, dog walkers. Hotel is very reasonably priced, quiet, secure & well located. Comfortable bed. It isn’t a luxury hotel but fulfilled our every need. It has a lift. There is a pool though shaded. We didn’t use it. This is our second stay & we would stay again.

Very comfortable and cheap private room. If your room is located in the second building it’s nice and quiet. If you are next to the reception there is a club next to it and might be louder.

This hostel is set in a great location within walking distance to the centre. The hostel is very secure, private and quiet. There are lots of places to hang out either with other travellers or on your own. The pool is a nice addition and very shady for some mid-day swimming without the sunburn. Peter is very responsive to all queries and easy to get in contact with. Overall a great budget place to stay while visiting Cairns.
Peter, a great host he helps you with whatever you need. When I arrived I booked a single private room but got a free upgrade to a double room. Kitchen is clean pool is clean. At night it's quiet so sleep is no problem.
Great location in a very private and quiet property in the heart of Cairns city. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. We stayed in one of the refurbished suits which were clean, spacious and had all requirements for our 10 day stay. The property does not have a view but I found that okay because it is so private and the pool area is amazing.
