I stayed the night before the Barossa Marathon Festival. Got an amazing sleep (which was my #1 priority), it's really well furbished (new, clean, everything works) and really close to all the wineries and Barossa attractions. Jen and Murray are wonderful people. Thank you for letting me stay.

Country Pleasures Bed and Breakfast, hotel in Angaston

Country Pleasures Bed and Breakfast offers self-contained cottages with a fireplace and a private patio.

Provisions were enough for two breakfasts for us. Location was perfect. Close enough to the main street to walk but very quiet. The spa looked very inviting but we were not sure we'd feel safe getting in and out (due to age related problems, no fault with the actual bath)

bluebird cottage, hotel in Angaston

The location in the centre of one of the most charming historical towns of the Barossa and close to many eating options was perfect. The breakfast ingredients were really welcome, as was the bottle of excellent champagne provided on arrival. The kitchen was well supplied with utensils and there were generous little extras such as first aid basics, blockout, lots of towels etc. The hosts were friendly and helpful without being intrusive. They also went to a lot of trouble to provide an extra bed and let us charge our car.

Great location. Fairly quiet at night considering location in main street of town. Clean stylish room, newly renovated. Shared bathrooms are brand new. 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms = easy to find a vacant bathroom! Choice of fab dining nearby (or simply eat in hotel.)

Angaston Mews is in a great location, a short stroll to several dining options and shopping. The rooms were very quiet and there was plenty of parking for our ute and trailer. The rooms were well appointed and we had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable with really nice sheets.

Beautifully appointed with very comfy beds and warm bedding. Loved the rain shower and thoughtful touches by hosts. Great location, close to restaurants, cafes and shops but still very quiet. Although we didn't meet the hosts we still felt very welcome.
