This accomodation exceeded our expectations. Besides the fact that it was great value for money, a few aspects we would like to mention are:
- the fact it had free parking was really convenient
-the bus stop was super close so you could pretty much get anywhere and not have to use the car
-breakfast was absolutely delicious, also the atmosphere in the breakfast room was cozy and nice with candles; the hosts were so nice and would ask if you want cooked eggs besides what you could find at the buffet. We appreciated how the tables were set and how the food was arranged.
- the bed was comfortable, the room was nice and warm, the bathroom as well
-everything was very clean
-the ski room was super convenient (also the ski-boots room)
PS: we visited at the beginning of the skiing season and our experience was the best we ever had! We will definitely be coming back!

The accommodation was great, easy access. Breakfast was very good, with a wide selection. We had dinner at the hotel twice, once with the full four courses. In both cases, excellent food and great service. Overall strongly recommended.

- Friendly staff: the staff was really friendly and helpful, he made sure I got an early check in because I arrived early to the city and he also kept my luggage until I finished my activity.

The location of this traditional pension is perfect. It is localized not so far from the city center, but far enough to maintain absolute “soul refreshing” quietness. Actually the only background noise you will hear is a sound of a wild rivulet flows behind the house. And as always it is all about host and here you have host worth 11 stars out of 10. It was great and lovely stay for me and I hope I will came back.
The owner was very kind, and the house itself was lovely. It was situated in a great location, offering a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The balcony was a nice addition, providing a pleasant spot to relax. Check-in was straightforward, and the owner was helpful, quickly providing toilet paper when we noticed it was missing. The check-out process was also simple and hassle-free as they told us to just leave the keys on the table and leave.
The hotel was lovely and in a great location. A short walk to the waterfront and lots of restaurants. There were lots of activities to do nearby. The room was nice and a good size. The spa was really lovely and most of the time very quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was good with lots of choice including fresh eggs/omelette.

Situated in a quiet village just outside Zell am See, Julia’s place is ideally located to explore the Austrian Alps. Very well equipped and with comfortable beds. Beautiful view from the rear of the property and a private patio with furniture to spend warm evenings. Very useful that the property has laundry facilities, a games room and comes with the ‘Zell am See/Kaprun Card’ which gives free or discounted use of local facilities including cable cars. The location is also extremely quiet which is a bonus for light sleepers!
First of all the hosts are fantastic people: Beata and Bernd are very charming and hospital! They treat you like their best friend!
The location is really ideal especially if you ski. Few steps and you right away enter the cable car pulling you over the top... at the same time very quiet and just a few steps away from the old city center which is also awesome!
Breakfast is super, you can have enough and nice variety of local products.
Looking forward to come back during summer time!!
I had a great holiday at Hubertus. Beate and Bernd are the best hosts imaginable! Excellent breakfast, comfy bed, authentic wooden furniture, great location near to the woods and the city center. I will definitely come again here.
