Breakfast was custom prepared after arrangement the previous evening. Perfectly cooked poached eggs, not an easy trick! Lovely homemade breads.
The kitchen is run by a superb chef. The evening meals were absolutely tremendous. I had liver, onions and bacon one evening which was the best I had ever had. Bravo!
