We really enjoyed our stay at Pension Göschlberger in Mondsee. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of cheeses, and the host was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable.

The location was stunning with a wonderful view if lake Mondsee. Uschi was a great host and offered us fresh milk and eggs from the farm and was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The split level apartment was great with the bedrooms upstairs and living, kitchen and dining downstairs with a balcony overlooking the lake. The apartment was very spacious. It was very quiet and relaxing and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great location for.those on long journeys as it sits 5 minutes from the motorway in a peaceful little village a few miles east of Salzburg with mountain views. Note: this hotel is not by the lake The private beach belongs to another hotel which is on the lake Mondaee.
There is literally nothing to dislike. Fabulously managed. Super-welcoming people. Warm atmosphere. Everything 100% functional. Excellent food and breakfast. Large private parking. Hotel located close to highway in a very quiet area absolutely worth discovering.
Bottom line, probably the best “value for money” ever encountered.
