Was really calm, there is plug and light in each bed..bed are comfortable. And there is towels and locker.

The area was safe and quiet, we could walk to both the lake and local cafes. The air conditioning was really impressive for hot days, & the beds were comfortable. The host was very quick to respond and extremely helpful. Check in was a breeze with his good communication at an early hour and last minute booking, I recommend to both families and independent travelers.

Luigi was extremely nice and helped us with early check in. The building is clean and there is hot water from the shower (if you ignore the fact the taps are incorrectly labelled). Great location and very comfortable. Probably the best you can find in Resistencia.
Great property for our 1 night stay. Lucila was an excellent host and very good at communicating and very welcoming. This has everything you need and is in a great location with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. They were also very happy to keep our bags for the day on checkout as our bus didn’t leave until that evening.
It’s a lovely place, the room is clean, many equipments available, you can join the city centre in 5minutes by bus and the owner is really nice and give us a lot advices for the city
