Excellent concierge support, nothing was too much trouble. We received great recommendations for restaurants and wineries and bookings were made for us. The whole environment of the Casa was entertaining. It was like staying at a private museum. The breakfast was exceptional and there was always a ready supply of after hours drinks and snacks. Walking distance to local restaurants and a short drive to outstanding wineries.

Everything was excellent! It's located a block from a beautiful park with lots of trails! The host, Juan, was very friendly, attentive, and speaks English very well. He made sure I had everything I needed and recommended local places to visit. The facility was very clean and the pool was very popular with all the guests.

Staff was incredibly friendly and many spoke English fluently. I arrived quite late because my flight kept getting delayed out of Buenos Aires. They have a small menu you can order off of which I was able to do even though it was so late at night, they also have a variety of wine you can enjoy. I was able to choose between two available rooms and they let me choose the larger room that even had an electric kettle, a fridge, and a selection of teas and coffees I could make in the room.
The hotel has plenty of green space with seating that you can enjoy and which I took advantage of when my flight was delayed out of Mendoza. They even gave me a free glass of wine when I told them my flight was delayed by hours which was such a nice gesture that wasn't necessary.

We loved our stay at Bed and Breakfast Plaza Italia. Our host Javier was exquisite - knowledgeable, friendly, communicative, funny, and with a great taste in music. He planned incredible wine-tasting outings for us, was patient, but kept us on schedule. We asked him a lot of questions along the way and received some very cool history lessons / explanations along the way. Honestly, we could not have anticipated a better experience. The home was Javier's mother's home, and she's been hosting guests for over 20 years - this is a genuine hospitality experience at its finest.

The property was absolutely lovely and the host (Bea) was friendly and helpful. The rate was reasonable. The room was comfortable and the common areas and breakfast were quite special. The garden and outdoor spaces were beautiful. The location was perfect for venturing to the wineries and bike trails. I highly recommend this property.
As an aside- We hired a driver, Rodrigo ( +54 9 2615 36-6908), who was recommended to us by friends in Canada. He was amazing! He had his own business and doesn’t work for any hotel or winery, but he’s very knowledgeable. Even before we arrived in the Mendoza area, he helped us find lodging and tours of wineries. His rates were very reasonable, he was responsive and flexible, and his advice was excellent.

I was just passing through, but I really liked how close it is to the city center. I liked Carolina's knowledge of being able to know winery and tourist places. She was super nice.
Internet/WiFi is very fast - good for 2 people working online
Quiet and safe place, incl. safe parking
Spacious and bright apartment
The host is very helpful and attentive
Marcela (host) was really charming, we had a warm welcome, she gave us some tipps about the city and near by attractions, and a welcome wine as well! Thank you!
I would stayed longer! Just plan more nights in Mendoza if you into wine – its worth it!
We really enjoyed staying in this apartment. It was comfy, clean and contained all the amenities as advertised on the booking.com. The WiFi was fast. The hosts were very helpful and friendly and it was easy to communicate and arrange everything for check in and check out. Great location in Mendoza on the quiet street yet close to many cafes and restaurants. Highly recommended.
